Freight partners

We ship using Australia Post eParcel and a range of courier partners within Australia and internationally. If you are in Sydney, you may also be able to choose same day courier options or Click and Collect from our Pagewood warehouse.

Shipping cost depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address. You can see the shipping price on the product page (where available) and at checkout before entering payment details.

Orders placed before 3pm (Sydney time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, usually between 8am and 6pm. Standard and express options may be available at checkout depending on the item and destination.

Warranty

Our products are supplied through Australian channels and are covered by Australian consumer guarantees and, where applicable, manufacturer warranty. For international orders shipped outside Australia, warranty support may require the item to be returned to Australia for assessment.

Easy returns

Most spare parts, accessories and brew gear can be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to conditions and exclusions. If you paid with an eligible PayPal account, you may be able to claim return shipping costs through PayPal. For full details, read our returns policy.
