Reward Points are our way of saying thank you when you shop with Coffee Parts. The system is intentionally straightforward, no tiers, no tricks, no fine-print surprises.

When you place orders through our website while logged into your account, you earn Reward Points that convert into store credit for future purchases.

How it works

In practical terms, you earn roughly 1 percent back on what you spend.

Here is how the points system breaks down:

You earn 3 Reward Points for every $1 spent on product purchases online, excluding GST and delivery charges.
900 Reward Points can be redeemed for $3 in Coffee Parts store credit.

Reward Points are automatically added to your account after eligible purchases and can be redeemed on future online orders.

Earn points on every eligible product purchase you make online, excluding GST and delivery.
Registering

625 points
Receive bonus points when you register an account, which also allows for faster checkout, easier returns, and better order tracking.
Newsletter signup

750 points
Earn bonus points when you subscribe to our newsletter, where we share product updates, restocks, and occasional offers.

The important details

Reward Points can be redeemed at a rate of 900 points for $3 in Coffee Parts store credit.
Reward Points expire 400 days after they are earned.
Reward Points are only earned on product purchases made online at Coffee Parts.
Reward Points are not earned on delivery charges, taxes, or fees.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.
Reward Points are capped at 100,000 points per user.
Coffee Parts reserves the right to adjust Reward Points balances where points have not been earned as intended or where system errors occur.
