Shipping and Delivery
Fast dispatch, clear tracking, no guesswork
Orders placed before 3pm (Sydney time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, usually dispatch the next business day.
All orders ship fully tracked via Australia Post eParcel and a range of courier partners, depending on the items in your order and your delivery address. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking by email (and SMS where available).
Sydney options: where available at checkout, you may be able to select same day courier delivery or Click and Collect from our Pagewood warehouse.
Packaging: we prioritise secure delivery and lower-waste packaging. We use recycled cartons where possible, paper-based protective fill in place of plastic bubble wrap, and we reuse incoming cartons when it makes sense.

Coffee Parts was started in 1999 by Domingos Laranjinha, who wanted to rebuild his beloved 1961 Faema E61. Back then, buying espresso machine parts in Australia was difficult unless you were in the inner circle. What began as sourcing seals for one machine quickly became sourcing parts for friends, then friends of friends.
In 2005, Pedro continued that legacy and grew Coffee Parts into what it is today: a blend of hospitality know-how and a love for great gear. If you want the short version of our history, here is a timeline of our journey.
