Right-click to power on and tare. In Normal mode, click the left button to start the timer, click again to stop, double-click to reset. Hold the left button to swap modes in order: NOR, Auto, ESP. In Auto, press the left button once and after a 3 second countdown the scale auto-tares, then starts timing as soon as it senses your pour. In Espresso mode, place your portafilter on the scale to tare, then it only tracks the coffee grounds you add. Press both buttons together to toggle grams and ounces. Hold the left button and tap the right to choose 1000 g or 1500 g max capacity. Hold the right button and click the left three times to enable silent mode.
