Hold the left button to cycle modes in order: NOR, Auto, ESP. In Auto, press the left button once; after a 3 second countdown the scale auto-tares, then starts timing as soon as it senses the pour. In Espresso mode, place the portafilter on to tare, then it only tracks the grounds you add. Press both buttons together to toggle grams and ounces. Hold the left button and tap the right to switch between 1000 g and 1500 g capacity. Hold the right button and click the left button three times to enable silent mode.
