The Espazzola is a professional tool for cleaning group-heads of espresso machines and should be considered an essential part of any espresso machine cleaning kit. Unlike traditional group head brushes, the Espazzola is mounted into the group-head like a portafilter and uses the hot water from the machine for a thorough and comprehensive removal of all coffee residues and coffee oils. Instead of brushing out the group-head by hand, simply wash the dirt away.

For brewing groups compatible with a tamper diameter of 53 - 54mm, two or three cams on the filter holder and an outer diameter of the filter holder of 64 mm or more.

This applies to most professional and semi-professional machines of the following manufacturers: Dalla Corte, La San Marco, La Spaziale and others.

Known exceptions

• la Pavoni (53mm): Espazzola does not fit, because bell of the brew group too tight.
• ISOMAC (53mm) DIAMANTINA, VENUS, MAVERICK and GIADA: Espazzola does not fit, as Bell's brew group is too tight.
• SAGE, Breville, Gastroback (54mm): Espazzola does not fit, as Bell's brew group is too tight.
