Simply put, the Rocket Boxer commercial coffee machine is a heat exchange, Sirai Pressure Stat, rotary pump coffee machine with shot timer made in Milan Italy. The Rocket Boxer is a smaller sized coffee machine for those businesses where space is a premium, drawing on over sized boiler capacities that will cope with peak service demand. Simple is additon, yet the shot time really does help during busy periods, to keep an eye on the extration time. Although not really needed, it is handy. During a visit to their factory in Milan Italy, Pedro Lara fell in love with the brand, and understood how their small team of craftsmen produce both premium commercial espresso machines, beautifully made with meticulous care and attention to detail. The factory was super neat with clear processed, and Andrew Meo's attention to detail and brand shows thought the build quality which now has set bench-marks in the coffee machine industry.

Rocket Boxer machines not only look and are finished beautifully, they are well thought of and designed to have a modern heart inside a traditional looking yet simple exterior. The Rocket Espresso commercial team have worked hard to keep modern technology externally to a minimum in order for the Rocket espresso machine to be at one with the barista, allowing the barista to be present in the beautiful moment that is making espresso coffee.

About Rocket Espresso

The Rocket story goes back to the early 1990's when espresso machine engineer Ennio Berti resigns from one of Italy's major espresso machine manufacturing companies. He believes the world is ready for a coffee revolution - a commercial quality domestic espresso machine. Starting at the very end of the process (the perfect cup of coffee), Ennio works back to create the ultimate espresso machine, and Andrew and Daniele have continued with this process. • Are your machines pre-tested? Yes, our machines are bench-tested by the Australian Importer. This is done to test issues haven't occured on transport from Europe. On high end and technically more complicated machines we bench test and calibrate the machines ourselves to your desired specifications. We can discuss this with you on purchase.
• What is the warranty on machines? All new machines sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.
