The Bullet R2 Pro requires a personal computer — Mac, Windows, or Linux — for technical support and maintenance.

Automatic drum pre-heating, adjustable heat and fan speed, and continuous real-time feedback provided by infrared bean and drum temperature sensors combine to allow for precise, consistent roasting.

Details of each roast can be digitally recorded and saved as roast profiles that can then be replayed or shared between roasters.

All Bullets ship with the Aillio Toolkit and IBTS included — no need to purchase these separately.

Features

• 1KG CAPACITY: A serious coffee roaster starts with a serious drum. With a volume of 6 liters, and 9 vanes to circulate the bean, you will be surprised how even a roast you achieve.
• ADVANCED CONTROLS: Temperature, time, heating and fan, that ́s it- except the custom functions you can program from the PC. Why make it more complicated when it should be so simple. Bean temperature Rise °C/ min is just one click away. You can see the temperature from up to 7 meters
• DRUM TEMPERATURE: A backbone feature of the Bullet R1 is the ability to measure the temperature of the drum. When pre-heating before roasting, your starting tem- perature will always consistent. A world rst, and an absolute necessity if you want consistent results.
• POWERFUL COOLING: Being able to stop a roast is just as important as the roast itself. A 30W powerful fan makes sure you can step on the brakes when the time is just right.
• VARIABLE HEATING: Depending on how much you choose to roast, you can adjust the power from 200W to 1500W. Don't worry about voltage uctuations as this is auto- matically compensated for.
• VARIABLE FAN SPEED: Our exhaust fan is fully adjustable, and the air ow can be varied to suit all the roast stages. Cleaning should be a 5 min job- not a “take the roaster apart job” The fan is a breeze to remove and clean, and the air-duct is easy to access.
• CHAFF COLLECTOR: The chaff collector is easy to dismount, and all you have to do is open the plug at the bottom to empty the silver skin into the trash. Holds enough capacity for 2-3 kg roasting.
• INTERFACE / PC / MAC OS X: When you are really getting a hang of roasting and want even more control, simply connect your computer via USB and a whole new world of possibilities opens up.
• ENGINEERED: The Bullet R1 is designed and engineered for super easy servicing and repair should parts need replacing. Parts are also available from our online store.

• What is the warranty on machines? All new machines sold by Coffee Parts have a 12-month back to base parts and labour warranty.

Coffee Parts Thoughts

Some products you just know are going to be great from the day you meet their creators, and since first going to dinner with Jonas (one half of Aillio, the other half is twin brother Jacob) we believed in the Aillio brand. Since first meeting we have seen the Aillio roaster evolve, and the brothers have not rushed this roaster to market, instead focusing on marking it great, and for this we love the Aillio brand even more. Although we haven't had one on our bench as yet, we along with most coffee fanatics are in love with Aillio!! They really will change the small batch world one roast at a time.
