Talis On Demand is the ideal grinder for the Speciality Cafe'. Consistency, low retentions and precision grinding are the qualities of this grinder. Talis features a cooling fan, a micrometric grind size adjustment, and an intuitive programmable dosing system driven by a joystick.

An innovative dual hopper chamber guarantees a consistent flow of the coffee beans to the grinder, improving the dose accuracy, eliminating any grinding variations and reducing migrations of smaller coffee beans to the bottom of the hopper.

• Micrometric Grinding Adjustment - Our adjustable micrometric grinding system is a "step-less" design that allows precise control over the coffee grind size. Grind adjustment is made by rotating the control dial. Users can also disengage the micrometric adjustment dial and use the front lever for a larger-scale setting.
• Zero Gravity Coffee Hopper- Our Patented hopper design maintains equal weight distribution of the coffee beans. A dual coffee beans chamber guarantees a consistent flow of the coffee beans to the grinder, improving the dose accuracy, eliminating any grinding variations and reducing migrations of smaller coffee beans to the bottom of the hopper.
• Joystick Control - Talis has an intuitive programmable dosing software driven by a joystick. In addition, our unique control interface allows on-the-fly time settings.
• Memory Position Burrs - The coffee grinder chamber is accessible by removing the top burr sleeve. It will save time for the maintenance-cleaning, and the grinder will always retain its last grinder setting.
• Cooling Fan - Our range of grinders has an inbuilt climate system. The design is optimized to control the internal airflow and to maintain the coffee chamber at constant temperature.
• Burrs Life Monitoring - Slingshot will register the total grinding time to allow the Barista to monitor when the Burrs need to be replaced. A warning icon will advise when to schedule the burrs replacement.
• Universal Portafilter Holder - Talis's unique portafilter holder can be adjusted to fit any portafilter or dosing cup.
• Adjustable Coffee Output - To achieve optimal coffee distribution into the portafilter, the Barista can easily adjust the length and angle of the conduit that delivers the coffee.
