With very new technology, you can compact the coffee powder for your espresso in a simple, fast, and highly consistent manner. Idroprep's innovation lies in its ultra-soft, high-tech gel pad integrated into the base.

Idroprep behaves very much like a liquid when you apply it to ground coffee.

A gel pad - and therefore the entire surface of the coffee - must have the same pressure in accordance with the hydrostatic principle. A very even and balanced extraction is achieved by compressing the coffee evenly.

There is no tapping, shaking, stirring, distributing or poking with the idroprep - just press on and you are done!
