Air is the enemy of coffee freshness. The IKAPE electric vacuum coffee canister pulls air out of the jar with one press, creating an airtight barrier that helps preserve aroma and balance.

The digital screen tracks days since sealing and shows the approximate internal temperature, so you can see what is happening at a glance. Simple, tidy, repeatable.

Press the right button once to wake the screen, then press again to start vacuuming. The motor removes air in one go, no repeated pumping. The lid locks under internal pressure, and the canister stays vacuumed for up to 72 hours. The display can record days saved and shows C or F. When you are ready to open, press the left button to release pressure and pour.
