How to Brew with the Rocket Appartamento
Lock your portafilter into the E61 group head with ground coffee tamped evenly.
Lift the lever to start extraction, lower it fully to stop. The portafilter should remain in place between uses to maintain heat.
Steam milk by submerging the wand and opening the steam knob. Always purge before and after steaming.
Allow 15–18 minutes for optimal boiler and group head temperature before pulling your first shot.
